No typing. Feed it the reports you already have.
Practice CEO accepts the reports you export from Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, Denticon and other systems; they all print the same month-end totals under slightly different names. Save last month's reports as PDF or CSV and drop them into Practice CEO; the officers find production, collections, new patients, hygiene reappointment, broken appointments and unscheduled treatment, and show you each number next to the line it came from so you can check it. Patient names are never needed, and nothing is uploaded.
Your practice software
- Look in your software's reports area for last month's production and collections summary, new patients, recall or hygiene reappointment, and unscheduled treatment.
- Export each one as a PDF or CSV (or print to PDF). A single summary that holds several of these totals is fine.
- Drop the files into Practice CEO, in any order, together or one at a time. The officers read the totals and show you each number next to the line it came from.
Report names and menus differ between products and versions. Your office manager or your software's help will know the exact report.
QuickBooks (or your bookkeeper's P&L)
- Run the Profit and Loss for last month (or year to date) and export it as CSV or PDF.
- Drop it in. The AI Finance Officer sorts every line into dental categories; fix a line once and it stays fixed.
Your bank
- In online banking, download last month's transactions for the practice account as CSV (date, description, amount).
- Drop it in. You get your books: a monthly profit-and-loss built from the bank file, sorted with dental vendor rules.
No bank login, ever. The file is read on your computer.
Practice CEO is not affiliated with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, Denticon, QuickBooks or any other software company; it accepts the reports you export from them.
